► The five centavo coin is the second-lowest denomination coin of the Philippine peso after the one centavo. It is identical in its dimensions to the one centavo coin, thus it features a hole through its middle.

► The ten-centavos coin is the third-lowest denomination coin of the Philippine peso. It is the oldest denomination under 1 peso to remain in the country’s circulation, having been introduced in 1880 during the Spanish rule of the islands.

► The twenty-five centavos coin is the fourth-highest and fourth-lowest denomination coin of the Philippine peso.

► The national hero, José Rizal is featured on the obverse. The logo of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas is featured on the reverse side, as per all current coins of the Philippines.

► The Philippine five-peso coin (₱5) is the second-largest denomination of the coins of the Philippine peso.

The Philippine twenty-peso bill (₱20) is a denomination of Philippine currency. Philippine president Manuel L. Quezon is currently featured on the front side of the bill, while the Banaue Rice Terraces and the palm civet is featured on the reverse side.

The Philippine fifty-peso bill (₱50) is a denomination of Philippine currency. Philippine president and former House Speaker Sergio Osmeña is currently featured on the front side of the bill, while the Taal Lake and the giant trevally (known locally as maliputo) are featured on the reverse side.

SANDAANG PISO

The Philippine one hundred-peso bill (₱100) is a denomination of Philippine currency. Philippine president Manuel A. Roxas is currently featured on the front side of the bill, while the Mayon Volcano and the whale shark (locally known as butanding) are featured on the reverse side.

DALAWANDAAG PISO

The Philippine two hundred-peso bill (₱200) is a denomination of Philippine currency. Philippine president Diosdado Macapagal is currently featured on the front side of the bill, while the Chocolate Hills and the Philippine tarsier is featured on the reverse side.

LIMANDAANG PISO

The Philippine five hundred-peso bill (₱500) is a denomination of Philippine currency. Senator Benigno Aquino, Jr. and his wife, President Corazon Aquino are currently featured on the front side of the bill, while the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park and the Blue-naped Parrot are featured on the reverse side.

SANLIBONG PISO

The Philippine one thousand-peso bill (₱1000) is a denomination of Philippine currency. José Abad Santos, Vicente Lim, and Josefa Llanes Escoda are currently featured on the front side of the bill, while the Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park and the South Sea pearl are featured on the reverse side.
